Definitions

• “Agency” — Display Agency LLC, publisher and operator of the site
• “User” — any person or entity accessing the site
• “Services” — the professional services offered by the agency
• “Content” — everything published on the site (text, visuals, descriptions, pricing)

Access to the site

The site is available 24/7, subject to maintenance, technical updates or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend or discontinue the site at any time without notice.

Accessing the site requires equipment connected to the internet; connection costs are the user’s responsibility.

Services offered

Descriptions and any indicative pricing on the site are information, not a binding offer. Every engagement is governed by a separate quote or contract, which prevails over these terms for the work concerned.

Consumer withdrawal right (EU/UK)

Where a user qualifies as a consumer under EU or UK law, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to certain services, subject to legal exceptions — in particular services fully performed before the end of that period with the user’s prior agreement.

User obligations

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• Infringe third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy)
• Publish unlawful, offensive or defamatory content
• Disrupt the site (attacks, injections, abusive scraping)
• Use the site for spam, unsolicited canvassing or fraudulent activity

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the site belong to the agency or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access. Any unauthorised exploitation is prohibited.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We take reasonable steps to keep it available, accurate and secure, but do not warrant that information is exhaustive or that access is uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our liability may not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user for the service concerned.

Changes and termination

We may amend these terms at any time; the version published on the site at the date of consultation applies, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate a user’s access in case of breach of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where the company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that state, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s country of residence.
