Deliverables

What you actually receive

Concrete deliverables, not a vague statement of work.

Update & patch cycle

Core, dependency and plugin updates applied on a schedule and verified, so security fixes land before they are exploited.

Backups with tested restores

Scheduled off-site backups, and a restore actually performed — a backup nobody has restored is a hypothesis, not a safety net.

Uptime & speed monitoring

Availability and Core Web Vitals watched continuously, with an alert when either moves — not a discovery three weeks later.

Monthly written report

What was updated, what broke, what was fixed and what we recommend next — in plain language you can forward to a board.

Who this is for

If one of these sounds like your team, we already know where to start.

Sites left without an agency

Whoever built it has moved on, and nobody has applied an update or checked a backup since.

Teams whose upkeep loses to the roadmap

There is technical capacity in-house, but maintenance is always the task that slips to next quarter.

Businesses whose site is the revenue

An hour offline costs orders or leads, so the site cannot be the thing nobody is watching.

Use cases

Real situations we solve — see where you fit.

A site nobody has touched in a year

The agency that built it moved on. Dependencies are behind, nobody knows if the backups work, and small edits keep waiting. We take it over, bring it current, and keep it there.

An internal team without the time

There is a developer in-house, but upkeep always loses to the roadmap. We carry the recurring work so their time goes to what only they can do.

A store that cannot afford downtime

Every hour offline is orders lost. We watch availability continuously, keep a restorable backup within reach, and stage anything risky before it touches the live store.

How we deliver

The same four phases on every engagement — you always know where the project stands.

  1. 01

    Scope

Goals, constraints and the fastest path to a result worth shipping.

  2. 02

    Design

Architecture, UX and a plan you can see before we build.

  3. 03

    Build

Senior delivery in short cycles — working software every week.

  4. 04

    Grow

Measure, iterate and compound — launch is the start, not the finish.

Frequently asked questions

What does website maintenance actually include?

Security and dependency updates, scheduled backups with a tested restore, uptime and performance monitoring, bug fixes, and the small content or layout changes a live site needs. You also get a monthly report of what was done. Larger work — new features, a redesign, a migration — we do too, scoped and quoted alongside, never silently absorbed into the monthly.

Do you maintain a site you did not build?

Yes, and it is most of this work. We start with an audit: what it runs on, what is out of date, what is exposed and whether the backups restore. You get that picture before committing to anything recurring — if the site needs remediation first, we say so instead of quietly absorbing it.

Which stacks do you cover?

Astro, Next.js and React front-ends, WordPress and Directus, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, and custom Laravel, Symfony or Node applications. If it runs on the web and we can read the code, we can maintain it.

How much does it cost to maintain a website?

It depends on what the site actually is. Hosting, domain and TLS renew every year whatever happens; on top sit the update, backup and monitoring work, which scales with how many moving parts the site has — a static marketing site and a WooCommerce store with three integrations are not the same job. We audit first, then quote that. What we will not do is publish a monthly figure that has nothing to do with your site.
